Finnish Apostolic Lutheran Church was organized in 1906. It&#8217;s the oldest existing church in Embarrass. The land was donated by Samuel Norha. Its founders included among others, Gregori Hanka, John Nelimark, Alexander Palo Sr., John Paivarinta, M.R. Hannula, John Soini, Oscar Levander, Mike Matson and Isaac Lamppa Sr. who served as minister for many years.
